Enter enter menu settings:
Once we go to the settings option Applications
Once inside applications, we move from the menu to the far right where it says "all" now looking measure
Clicking on "clear data" and "clear cache"
reboot system

The only effective way to remove the " Unfortunately measure has stopped" is to switch off the phone, plug out battery and then reinsert it after 3 minutes. switch on the phone, and trust me, it will be gone.

My gionee e6 has the same problem. Your advice is good, but how about my phone it's non-removable battery?

The when u See the "Unfortunately measure has stopped" press OK and then press the middle button or home button on your screen until it vibrates and brings the running apps. U will now see a list of the app including viruses like measure and others like Adobe air, time service. Long press on that virus until they bring app info. Then you will go to the app data and click disable. I tried both. U will not get rid of it but you will control it. it will reappear at most once a month.

Hope either of the two methods worked
They are the best I found out.
But to avoid it, avoid using any wireless networks cause some people just want to send us viruses.

hello bro even i couldnt figure it at first but these are the steps
first go to safe mode that is keep holding power button on the option power off long tap and press ok
then u must get safe mode text left side of ur mobile ,thn disable measure, androidsystem and timeservice and also monkey test if u have
now reset factory data
after that download clean master and cm security then clean ur mobile junk
after that u must again repeat first 2 steps
now remove all apk files and untick install from unknown sources
then reboot again ...
this may solve ur problem

Install CM security app from play store. It will let you know which applications are creating problem for you. This is not a permanent solution but it will tell you to disable the apps which are causing these messages to occur.I tried this and it worked for me.
