GPS Problem on Huawei P8 Lite

Question

A few weeks ago I changed a Moto G first generation for Huawei PD Lite. In principle I like and doing very well, but I ob served that when using some applications control walking, as Runtastic and others, the GPS goes off and starts dialing tours I have not done, setting much farther than the I've come really. This can be arranged in the service or ask to be changed, since about 3 weeks that I have done, or is there any way to fix it. Not if it happened to someone else.

Hello camara, well, it is common that some teams sometimes respond poorly to GPS, but do not scare you, as you mention seems to be an issue to locate the necessary satellites have your cell more accurately.

  Personally I can recommend an app from the playstore called "GPS Fix" people "Android Labs".

Thank you for the advice. I downloaded the App GPS FIX, and I'll prove it. I have seen that there is a payment option GPS Fix de luxe, .¿sabes that difference and whether it is worth buying ?.

Today I made a walking tour of about 4 km and application it said he had traveled 20 km in 50 minutes.

So far I have not had the need to use the paid version, I used the free one with HTC and Huawei Y300 First, in both has solved the problem after a while using the application.

Today I tried the App GPS Fix, and remains the same. The problem is not that do not connect with GPS satellites, the problem is that jumps along the way, as I said yesterday at a distance of about 4 km. It marked the end about 20 km, marking intermediate jumps "without rhyme or reason." I think finally to take to reload it all again. Thanks for everything

Well the point is that when it jumps is enough satellites because it fails (this either by a defect of the antenna, Software, a very thick OtterBox case type), so try to give you the closest location at General is a connecting your cell operator .... that is where the application does its magic, and you can make a series of validations to be located as much (in my case 9 using the cell on a satellite outdoor environment).

Had the same issue. Slow, and sometimes never fixing gps. After reading this thread i tested some apps. GPS Locker app worked for me. Fixed gps after 20 secs.
