how to fix  google play store  error BM CCH 17 

I'm trying to add the functionality of "Android in implementing billing" in my method apps.All Android and functionality are good and work well for some Android device.But not work well on my client device when testing applications after he got a Error error.The are "buying BM error processing CCH- 17" .To check the problem also try other device which got the error.But now still can not resolve the problem.I also share a screenshot I get the error.

Looking for I have come to this entry although it is somewhat old, did solucionasteis ?.

 

My kidnapped me google account for an hour on 16 and so I appears. After Send them a photocopy of ID and proof of bank and asked me came to the conclusion that something wrong had happened and I blocked the Wallet account.

To recover I have to resubmit the documents, it is like a recursive cycle ... hopefully not infinite.

Go to Settings

Select Apps->All

Select Google Play Store

Select Force Stop and Clear Data

Go back to ALL and select Market Updater (If you do not see Market Updater on list, skip to Google Services Framework step)

Select Force Stop and Clear Data.

Go back to ALL list and select Google Services Framework Select Clear Data

Turn your device off 

Go to settings after google, delete one of your email account s simply clicking on it which gives you an option to delete the account, then you have to work 100% secure.
