Hello!
I am new to the forum.
I need urgent help, please!

I have an iPhone 5 from 9 months which I had never given any failure ago until today ...
I explain:
A few days ago he was running out of battery so I put it to load, but apparently it did not recognize the charger and was not carried out and the low battery symbol flashes.
I finally ran out of battery ....
I tried to load it and no lights (black screen).
I thought the problem would Cable lightning could be broken but buy a new one and still not working ...

Who believe that it can be? Is there a solution?

I hope someone can help me, because I am literally pulling your hair out because they can not use it and do not know what happens

Thanks in advance!
A greeting!

Have you tried another cable / charger?

Yes. As I said, buy a new cable and try loading on Mac but still the same, without turning.
I'm desperate not to do ...

Thanks for answering!

you tried to do a hard reset? mant 鮠 down the botome and gasping at a time until you restart despite not having batteries to see if you recognize the charger while you have it plugged

You must leave it a while charging if the battery has been discharged completely.

I've left more than seven hours loading and nothing ...
So far a few minutes ago has left the battery symbol flashes and asking me to connect to the charger a few seconds (I must admit that I cried for what emotion haha) but he has returned to the black screen and after a while again asking me to put it to load.
I moved a little the cable plug and seemed loaded per second, but after a while was still flashing low battery.
At least it is progressing ... no?
Who believe that it can be?
That desire to fix it, God!
Thank you very much you both for the help / unanswered!

Hi, not sure if it will be the same, but yesterday I carry my iPhone 5 to Store  because I was failing charging the phone. First I tried with several cables until I came to the conclusion that the problem was in the connector, as I take you to the store. Came a guy and wonder what happened to me, gave a half smile that already knew what was happening, and metio one of the prongs that are used to remove the SIM into the connector, and pulled out a piece of ball hairs of which hallucinate, from there my iPhone and load perfectly. The issue is continually brought our iPhone in our pockets, so it is exposed to the connector dirt, grime that builds up to the point that when we put the cable no longer get to make good contact.

Good luck and I hope this is your problem

Hi! I'm so glad you have solved your problem!
The mine also had the rather dirty connector and even thought it would be so, you remove the dirt for days but unfortunately it seems that that is not the problem ...
This week no doubt crossed my Apple Store and I take my headache!
Thank you very much!
