The battery drains very fast. ıphone

Question

 I have an iPhone 4s with IOS 7.0.4 (11B554a), and apart from the problem that the title (yes, I admit, was a bad idea to upgrade IOS) have another, which is not charging when I plug it to the PC. I connect it with its cable, but nothing. 

The battery can last me up and if I touch it or 2 hours ...

have some package that is doing that lost battery capacity or that the battery has reached the end of its useful life, thinks the battery is provided for a limited number of charges in useful life and given that I talk about a iphone 4S, and may exceed, but hey, you press the two buttons simultaneously until aperezca apple apple and see if it improves the look  now.

That and I did make ... 2 days. As for the number of charges, the phone must have approx year and a half now, so if, it is more feasible, but my old iphones has two more, bought all three on the same date, and both of them fail .
