Windows doesn't starts it goes black screen

Hello, I really appreciate it help me with my problem

the other day I was installing nero 9 and asked me to reboot and restart instead of leaving the loading screen windows did not come out anything, everything kedaba dark and no ke acer all components work well ye tried reinstalling windows but meto the installation cd give it to boot from the cd ke puts the sist

I thank you for tods well when I turn on my computer I get the black panatalla and says recovering errors windowns and say there are three options k ..

start safe mode

start network mode

So start normally

well put them all but I get like 5 ... 9 times the same the order a k fabor help me thank you very much
