Internet connection problem with windows 7

Hello,
First introduce myself because I'm new. I have seen that the forum is interesting and I'm here.
I installed windows 7; doing pretty well but I have a problem and I would like someone to help me.
When I turn the pc I do not have internet access. Yellow triangle appears near the clock among other things. But if you restart the computer without turning off the modem and I have access to internet and everything works fine. I can also get access if I disable and enable again ADAPTOR network (realtek, gigabit) from the device manager.
Do this every time is cumbersome and so definitely ask for help to get internet connection normally (at the beginning).
Perhaps it is an incompatible router (CT-5361 telephone) but for the moment has no telephone software for windows 7 (INCREDIBLE).
Thank You
