Good morning, I'm having a problem with Remote Desktop, by nose because I suddenly began to run very slow.
Nose if there was an update or something, but before I worked properly.
Attached image properties remove me to work faster but still have the same problem.
Also clarified that the same machine another person logs and access more perfectly (it has windows 7)
I own Windows 8.1.
Any help please?

PS: I can not attach the image, but the image of the properties of the Remote Desktop Performance tab, which have all DISABLED item.

The application you are using is Teamviewer Remote Desktop or google?

The application I use is the default one in the operating system (Windows 8.1)
"Remote Desktop Connection".

I recommend you download "remote desktop" google. Is to add an extension to google chrome and download the app for mobile. I use it and is very smooth.

Thank you very much for your comments, but unfortunately I can not use that apliacacion because I need to connect my desktop has an integrated security and cerificados I use only the default one for windows 8.
Any other suggestions?

As you know from where you stopped working, go to Windows Update, click on "View update history" you will come a column that is "Installation Date" check day or days behind you have any stops working.
 
If so, you have the above "Installed Updates" option, from which you can remove the updates, restart the computer and try to connect via remote desktop.
