Problem keyboard and mouse (connected but not working)

Question

Hello, yesterday I restarted my pc, and when you reach the home screen (desktop background) I realized I did not show the mouse cursor, I decided to try the keyboard, and as a great surprise, the keyboard did not work. My problem is: All usb ports are working, in fact the mouse and keyboard have lucesy are lit (also sound when connected or disconnected). All works by connecting a USB flash drive folder appears ... but I can not do anything. I tried to enter the bios and there the keyboard and mouse walk smoothly (asus bios). Osea the problem is with windows. I remember the last thing I did yesterday before I met this bad news, was to make an OC graphics card (evga gtx 680) but then went back to the defaults, and from there turned off the pc.

 

I also tried connecting other keyboards and mice but none works, all appear online and are unusable.

Note that I have not downloaded anything on my own and had a complete scan of antivirus and antimalware three days earlier.

The biggest problem is I can not really do anything, the only option is to control the other PC THROUGH do not know if this is possible. Not even I can restore windows because I can not access settings or anything.

Try this and see if shoots:

- Turn off your PC

- Disconnect the USB mouse and keyboard

- Turn on the PC with mouse and keyboard DISCONNECTED

- Wait for it to load Windows and, once loaded, reconnect the USB mouse and keyboard.

I did not try a reply since I re-installed windows update 8.1 above. (I have my separate files to another disk so no rproblema). In any case had several problems, my game had passed 60-70 20-30 fps with lows of 5, now arranged everything.
