Problems with updates in App Store Mac OS X in Yosemite.

Hi all, for quite some time that my appstore does not update anything, I worry quite as they have gone updates such as safari and I can not update anything. I get an error that says textual message "Unable to connect to the server software updates from Apple." I called the service of apple, 1 hour 30 min verifying many things and nothing, is not able and all they tell me is to go to a service call ... someone help me please.

Sounds like you have a problem or network or system installation itself. You can do two things.

 

1. Ask if the poster, but I guess you formatted and reinstalled the equipment.

2. If you copy, restore your computer.

 

If you have a network problem on that computer, check the network configuration and if you arrive (either because you have a firewall on the connection or proxy that prevents certain machines or a problem with DNS) to the following teams:

 

swscan.apple.com, swquery.apple.com, swdownload.apple.com, swcdn.apple.com and makes it to port 80 of these machines.

I had to do is back up and restore everything from scratch Mac. If you use timemachine when restoring only restores your files because if you restore applications and system settings will be exactly as before.
