Well this is getting longer rather unfortunate. I've since October 2014 with the phone and updating is January 2015, as you can see over a year I have mobile and updating soon also carry a year ago.
A knowing why, who sold me the phone will not let me update you. It is true that until October of this year (almost a month ago) has not cared much, but the sorpote given to me is embarrassing.
First, because the phone is yours and upgrade too, but there is still no work.
Second because I sold a lot of useless applications for me, such as my movistar, Recommends, Emotion, Tetris etc ... And worst of all, over whether the attempt not let me update. Ya delete them let alone ...
Third, nearly a month to inform them of my problem ago and as useless as ever you have not given me one valid solution.
Fourth, takes a week and a half of my last post and none of the "technical" This forum has bothered to respond.
Fifth, the only solutions (very regrettable indeed) who have given me is that reset the phone and try to update via PC. Because obviously, you knowledge on the subject seem to go cortitos, but are ready for a while. How to bother the customer? That is dedicated to backup the phone and reset to see if it works well, and we won but because time is annoying because it takes a while.
What you are is a breathtaking chutzpah, a bunch of [....] who have no clue.
Your service is unfortunate, terrible, the worst that can be ...
If someone reads me (because it is clear that these movistar not), make you flee from a mobile in this company. Free Compradlo, eventually you out cheaper, unless you install [....] and possibly you will have updates before and better.
