Rundll Error uninstalling sound driver (Solved)

I wanted to tell you that Format my machine, you install windows and I had problems installing the sound driver (it solves) and for that reason I noticed the device details in "device manager" and delete files that contained the same to reinstall one "cmicnfg.cpl". The issue is that when I turn on the PC and start session, I get always a RUNDLL Error q says:
error loading cmicnfg.cpl
can not find the specified module.
I believe that the same does not allow me to hear the sounds of windows for example when I close session, just mesenger, etc.
I do to retrieve the file.
I also want to say that you do not install the driver C-media for sound but another q ... I mean I did above but without a result and not work, install another of my cd.
Now I want to delete it but I can not, I went to "add or remove programs" but nothing.
I would like to have a solution, porq really worries me.
Please transfer my topic elsewhere on the forum if wrong here, but I need help immediately

Well you can do the following:
start-> all programs-> accessories-> system tools and restore system. There you must choose a date that is prior to all the mess that hiziste.
this is just to say start before uninstalling and installing what you say.
I hope you work
