What is the best APP to backup on Android

Question

Good morning people I am new to Android, since I come from apple ^ ^, my first question is What is the best APP to backup all you have my phone? 

That second question is KikKat version is the most stable for Galaxy S3, right now I have the 4.4.2  but it gives me a lot of problems as the camera, or cell gets stuck and I have to restart, thanks and hope your answers =)

For me the best application to backup is Titanium Backup ★ root, but you need to be root.

ROM Toolbox  ,SMS Backkup & Restore,Sandisk Memory Zone they are fine ı think

 ROM Manager, SMS Backup+,MyBackup,App Backup & Restore they are but most usefull ı think  Titanium Backup

It is a problem for me, too. I have an iphone and an android phone. For iphone, I can easily back up the data with itunes or icloud, but for my android, the contacts canbt be transfered to my pc.  But then I downloaded a tool for android backup to pc , everything is good, I can even back up messages and contacts.
