I had the same. MY solution was:

Boot into Save-Mode.

In your google folder Rename 'Chrome' to something else to not loose it, found in:   C:\Users\hp\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome

Reboot normally, and reinstall Chrome. Worked for me...
