2 - Move the Rom and Gapps the 2 files to the internal memory of your Galaxy Nexus
3 - Turn off your device and enter Fastboot mode ( Volume Down + Power)
4 - Go to Recovery mode in Fastboot menu , you do it by pressing the volume down , you get to where you Says Recovery and agree with the Power button , and in Recovery mode desplácense to where it says "Install zip from sdcard" or " Install"
5 - Go to "choose zip from sdcard" .
6 - Now you want the Rom you downloaded and you've already copied to the internal memory and you select it , then confirm the installation on the next screen and begin the installation procedure .
7 - Rom already installed , proceed to install the Gapps , repeating the same procedure as described above.
8 - After installation is complete, select " + + + Go Back + +" to reset the device by selecting "reboot system" .
Steps to Rooting your Galaxy Nexus with Android 4.4:
After installing the Rom, is optional if you have root access on your Galaxy Nexus . To do this follow these steps
1 - Download the following file and you translate it to the internal memory of your Nexus | UPDATE - SuperSU - v1.65.zip
2 - Then enter recovery mode , and proceed to flash the zip file downloaded .
3 - Finally restart .
It will all KitKat with Root Android 4.4 on your Galaxy Nexus .
