Then check the box that says "Automatically detect settings" and one that says "Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN access)," then where it says "IP Address" you write the address IP of the proxy server, and where it says "Port" put the port number you will use which mostly is 8080 and voila, you have the proxy server configured:
