HOW TO FIX THE ERROR OR-CCSEH-05

When you give the option Add Debit or Credit Card, you tell me: Transaction rejected because the payment method is not valid Error OR-CCSEH-05 

And with PayPal directly you do not accept it

I have 400$ in the account

How do I fix invalid payment method declined?

  • We enter the Play Store and click in the upper right on the icon that begins with your name and that takes us to the configuration and settings of our account.

  • A menu will open with different options, among all of them we must select the option that says Payments and subscriptions . From here we can manage our payment methods.

  • Clicking on this option will open a new screen in which the different options are available in relation to payments, subscriptions, history, redeem codes, etc. We must select the option Payment methods .

  • Another new screen will open from which we can add different payment methods: by debit or credit card, through our operator's billing, through paysafecard, through PayPal or through a code. In our case we must select the option related to the debit or credit card .

  • In the next step, we must enter some fields of our credit or debit card step by step. In the first place, a field will appear in which you have to enter the 16 numbers of your card , automatically detecting the system if the card is valid and if it belongs to Visa or Mastercard. After successfully completing this step, another field will appear in the lower left with the MM / YY format in which we must enter the month and year of validity , this generally appears on the front of the card, after "Valid until ”. Next we must fill in the CVC, which is a field with three numbers that appear on our card if we turn it over , on the right margin of the magnetic strip. Finally we have toadd our personal data that must fully coincide with those of the card, in addition to the address and click on the Save button below .

 go to Settings/Accounts/Google, Select your gmail and turn off sync. From your web browser, go to Google Wallet delete payment details and add it again. Go back to settings/Account/Google, select your gmail and click sync now. After few minutes, restart your device and try to see if the error still display.

  1. Open the image Device Settings app  .
  2. Tap Apps & notifications  image See all apps.
  3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store  image.
  4. Tap Storage  image Clear cache.
  5. Then press Clear data.
  6. Open  Play Store and restart the download
