Hi all. I have an S8 + and recently an icon has appeared at the top of the screen has a circle shape with a + sign in the middle. The circle does not manage to close completely. I do not know what it means. I have consulted the manual but it does not say anything about this icon

That's because your phone has the data savings on. In the section of Mobile Networks in Settings you should be able to turn it off.
