1. Go to System Settings General (slide the top bar and touch to the sprocket).
2. Touch "Applications" (or "Application Manager").
3. Touch "All" (or "Display system applications").
4.Select "Launcher"
5. On the next screen tap the "Force stop" button and the "Clear Data" and " Clear Cache" button
