Hello everyone.

I have a problem with my LG G3 since last Saturday.
I have been trying to download new applications and update existing ones but I am not allowed to do so due to error 495.
I already tried several options: I deleted the cache and data from both Google Play Store, Google Services, and even the Google Services Framework. I also deleted my Google account and restarted my cell phone as well.
As I was already despairing, I even restored it to the factory settings twice and I still can not fix it. I do not know what is happening or what else I should do.
If someone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Much faster is better.

Greetings.

Try this method, maybe it will work for you.

  • Disable updates to the Play Store, and then go to the section
  • Settings> Applications, All and find the Play Store app
  • Clean or clear the cache and data, then
  • Force arrest
  • Open the Playa Store app again and try to download an app.
  • This usually works. I hope it helps you.
