Good day. I have a problem with my cell phone On Sunday I went to the court, I took lots of photos, I recorded videos. Without wanting to turn off the cell phone, when I turned it on, all the photos and videos that I took, were like this.
I copy them on the PC and it does not recognize them either. It throws the typical error of the Photo viewer.
Any help or know how they can recover or are already losses? Thank you!

Hello . Once something similar happened to me (not with so many files) and I fixed it eliminating the cache and the data of the Gallery app.
I do not know if it will be your case or yours will be error of the sd card but you could start there that is the easiest.
Those images that you see are called thumbnails and are the thumbnails that the gallery app uses to show you the images and videos (multimediak content of your internal and external memory).
It may just be that they have been corrupted.
Try to go to the application manager .... you look for the Gallery app and there you erase cache and data. Easy that no photo is deleted, only data of the app.
Reboot the phone and maybe you'll be lucky like me and recover them.
Because a question Alan: Do you try to see the photos from the app gallery? Have you tried using a file browser and see them from the DCIM folder (where the photos are saved).
At the moment more things do not occur to me.
