Deleting contacts after battery charging

Hello,

I have received a question from a co-worker in which he explains that he is loading the phone and after completing the load he discovers that he has lost half of his contacts, going from having more than 300 to less than 180.

He asks me if there is a way to recover lost contacts.

Does this problem have any solution?

If you have the account well synchronized, you may have them in Google "contacts", but there you have not lost them ...
