Recovery Mode Error

Question

Hello, I have a Chinese LEDSTAR brand table, I decided to format it from the recovery mode by going to the configuration option "backup"

I see the doll of android lying down and says "without commands" but then the menu appears:

I thought it was bread, I just had to select the option and that's it. I press the power button but the "no command" android doll appears again (which appears at the bottom of the menu).

I was pressing the button countless times, but it's as if I did not select anything!

I do not know what I can do, I need help
