PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG J7 PRIME

Dear, I have a samsung J7 Prime, the problem is that the use of applications is very slow, reaching the end that I must restart the computer, choose to reset it to factory mode, and it is temporarily solved since as I install the applications the computer it becomes very slow, maybe I should install some additional driver?

· How many applications are we talking about?
· Install very heavy games or applications?
· Can you make a list or upload a screenshot of downloaded applications?
· Does the battery heat up?

• Android 7.0
• I reset it back to factory mode by combination of buttons
• just install the piano 2 game and even then the team slows down at times
• Retired team, only has facebook and piano2
• the normal

PS: Check if the equipment is false, by means of the IMEI code and if it appears on the page w w w. imei info
