Problem creating recovery disk in Acer Aspire v3-571G with windows 8

Question

When you create a recovery disc (control panel -> Recovery -> create disc) on my Acer Aspire v3-571G with windows 8, does not end the process, it stays on the last line, what can be due? How I can make the record?

Hello  I do it this way> Control Panel> System and Security> copies and restore> to back up your computer
