How to reset an android tablet?

I would like to know how to reset an android tablet that does not answer me, bq is a tablet that has been caught and I do nothing, please help

The tables have two mechanisms bq, second is either the classic coming reset button on the back or either side button have to leave the power down for several seconds until reinicie.Un greeting.

Settings>'Personal'>Backup and reset>'Personal data'>Factory data reset.
