We go to Whatsapp.
We select the 3 points> Settings> Chats> Backup.
We give Save to Google Drive and select the GMAIL account and we give it to save. And start saving a copy of our WhatsApp in the cloud.
Try using saved only using the Wifi option, since it can consume a large amount of data.
