Memcache "Server localhost (tcp 11211) failed with: Connection refused (111) " error

I installed memcache I applied all setting however memcache is not working still, how to solve connection refused error?

First, you might forget to install,

do it :

#sudo yum install memcached

and start : 

 

service memcached start
