Hi everyone,
I really hope that some students are in the forum. Has anyone brought into its Android Eduroam before? Wanted to try out the next day times, but I am a little worried about the certificates that are required. I really have no idea if it's still really possible to use it with Android. Maybe someone knows more?

hi,
would also be interested, do you have the root on your phone?

I do not think so!
Ss afaik has nothing to do with the Eduroam because as far as I know is the one you have to IEEE 802.1X authentication on the wpa_supplicanten and this in turn afaik root right ...

No, not yet. Have not found a meaningful reason to root it. I'm curious if it is needed for it.

The keyword is "VPN". Root is not required for something normal. You attack yes to no system files. In the market there is nothing under the heading "VPN"

Do you have it already with another Android device, except the Odys Next, you tried it?
Any time an app used from the Play Store that can do that?
If the device is rooted?

Checked all settings? Here in the university this is so: identity of university to university else (I'm now here for reasons of data protection, not on the screenshot)

Good day, to join me in the university with the Wi-Fi I have a password or a Lockscreen different from the normal swipe lock set, I do not like.By Tasker I have already managed to disablen the pattern lock, but now have I no longer, not even the simple pull that but would like to know.If I turn pattern lock only in the university, I have to reinstall every time dad certificate and set up the new Wi-Fi that's also nonsense. Do you know any another way? My phone is gerooted.
