Hi, today I released my new Samsung Galaxy S8 and when I put the rear camera it looks blurred all the time, so it does not focus. I tried it with the front camera and there is no problem, but when you put the back you see everything blurry, either photo or video. I have rebooted the phone, I have set the default settings, I deleted the data from the camera in application management, all without success. I do not know if it could be a configuration error or internal camera failure. I have cleaned the lens and it has no plastic or anything. Anyone else has happened ? I need help please, Thanks.

I have had some problems of small blurs and halos in the photos with the back, but not exaggerated and only visible with 100% zoom. Upload some samples to see that we can compare

The quality of this is worse, that is, not focused at all, nor giving it in between. It only happens to me with the rear camera, the front is perfect.

Have you removed the plastic? I do not know if it brings eh, but many people who have passed that was xq did not remove the plastics that covered the cameras.

Obviously it seems that the autofocus is defective.

I removed the plastic that came on the back of the phone with the imei label and serial number. But in the box of the camera I have not seen any plastic. I have tried with a toothpick to give it to the edge of the box of the camera but it seems that it does not have any plastic unless it is very very thin and this too much attached to the camera, but I doubt it. Someone to confirm it if you have plastic in the back camera?

I have commented on the other thread but I copy and paste it here:

The same thing happened to me yesterday as soon as I got it out of the box and in the end I called Samsung to ask for it to be changed. At the end after they confirmed that they were going to change it, it turned out that I gave to open the camera from the whatsapp (I do not know if it will have anything to do) and it worked perfectly, I went back to the camera application and it worked without problems. Since then no problem works perfectly, I canceled the change, I did not want to be without the 2 weeks that is what they told me that the replacement would take. I hope it helps you
