How to Change application icons with Launcher

For the demonstration, I'm going to change the device icons with one of the most popular launchers: Nova Launcher. So, after installing the Nova Launcher on your phone and configuring it as the default launcher, follow the steps to change the icons:

Step 1. Download any icon pack that you like.

Step 2. After you have downloaded an icon pack, go to Settings Nova -> Appearance -> Icon theme.

Step 3. In the list that appears, you should see the icon pack that you have installed. Click on it to apply it.

Change icons with an application

Sometimes, you may not want to download a new Launcher just to change the icon pack. If this is your case, then you can download an icon changer application.

With these applications, you may not be able to change the application icons on your system, but you can add a shortcut to the application on the desktop with any icon of your choice.

Step 1. Download Awesome icons (free with in-app purchases) from the Play Store.

Step 2. Open the application and select the application you want to create the shortcut with a custom icon.

Step 3. Tap the icon to go the settings of your shortcut.

Step 4. Now click on the icon in "icon" and choose the desired icon. If you wish, you can even change the name for the shortcut.

Step 5. Click on "OK" to create the shortcut.
