My sd card stopped working

Good afternoon, I have this problem that when I was taking my cell phone the sd card stopped working, I connected it to my PC with an adapter and nothing, and not even with another cell phone.
How do I solve this problem?
Something funny is that I connect it in a bluelate port with sd port and recognizes it but as if it were empty
