Problem Touch Screen on Samsung Galaxy A5

I have detected a problem in my terminal.

The touch pulsation does not last more than 3 seconds. I have noticed it when sending voice notes by Whatsapp, which becomes impossible since after three seconds it is cut and sent. It occurs everywhere on the screen and in all applications.

Anyone else has happened? I have tried to calibrate the screen with some application or from the engineer menu but it does not give failures because in particular they do not check it.

From Development I have checked it and IF it gives the failure when at three seconds practically exact, it cuts the pulsation

Hello, I have the same problem and without solution, I have seen that it is somewhat common, but the answer is that you have to change the touchscreen something that for me is not a convenient option
