SU-35931-1 Update data system software is partially damaged
The system software update may be partially damaged due to the instability of the network, please try the following:
Step 1: Restart your PS4 console and download the system update again navigating to [Settings]> [System Update]> [Update via Internet].
Step 2: If this does not work, you can also update you console via USB. For information on how to do this, please click here.
Step 3: If you still can not update your console please try resetting the console to factory settings before trying again. Information on how to do this can be found here.
Step 4: If you still can not update the console may be in need of service. visit our contact page to contact SCEA for additional technical support.
