Step 1: Close the application, install the system software update and the game and restart the system.
Step 2: If a PS camera is connected to the system, delete it and reboot, then go to [Settings]> [Users]> [Log Settings] and turn "Enable Face Recognition" OFF.
Step 3: If you have upgraded the hard drive (HDD) in the console, reinstall the original hard drive.
Step 4: If the error occurs again, make a backup copy of saved data, and then go to [Settings]> [Initialize] and select [Initialize PS4].
Step 5: If the error persists, and occurs with all applications, or as soon as the application starts, contact PlayStation Support.
