Moving Music files, Photos, Videos bypassing itunes

 I have a question that has me pretty .. I grated 16g wifi ipad 3 from a day ago, without touching anything of it I did a jailbreak with 2.0.4 Absinte it worked perfectly. Cydia AppSync 5.1.1 intallOus and installed. 

 

I do not want to touch anything without itunes at least know how to be jailbroken. 

 

I can play music and photos without itunes to not sync my ipad pete? 

 

In that file there is an option to transfer purchases put my ipad ..

If I connect my ipad to itunes without sync and drag the songs or photos on the icon ipad worked ???
