(Help) Can not Download Play Store

Question

Hi, I happen to have a Galaxy Fame and today I realized that I can not download from the Play Store, everytime I try to make him a message telling me: 

 

'' There was an error retrieving information from server ([RPC: S-5: AEC-0]) 

 

And when I want to update an app I get: 

 

Could not download update '' X '' because an error occurred (927)

Do this: -> Settings - Manage Applications - Google Services Framework - Force stop [OK] - Delete data [OK] 

 

And then reboots, so you should run SI or SI

My solution: 

Clear data, cache and updates: 

-Google Play 

Marcus Google services 

-Business Google Play 

Download -Administrator 

 

To do this go into Settings and within applications. In the All tab are all installed applications and services. We will select the indicated, then Force stop and clear data, also delete the CACHE and if Google Play, uninstall updates too

I spend the same ... my solution was to reset the phone to factory ... after that could be installed ... I hope they serve, Greetings
