I'm a little disillusioned by the new cell phone I purchased. It's a GR3 huawei. It has Android 5.1, eight cores to 1.5 Ghz, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.

I thought it would be an excellent buy, '(I bought it again.I have not had two weeks with him and I have noticed enough problems: The battery heats up enough, the battery charge does not last for a day, and the chat bubbles I think the biggest scam in my life, I think my previous cell phone (Galaxy Grand Prime) was banking a thousand times better and with half of the specifications of this Shit

Could someone give me some advice? It is normal? What I can do? Thanks guys. :)

First time I see that model of Huawei, totally unknown, I would tell you to try doing a Hard Reset but you said it is new so it would not serve much. I can give you some advice and it is that with those problems that you raise the best band, first: do not ever buy a mobile that brings a version of Android other than the recent or at least the previous, ie go Android 7.0 (well Beta of 8 is available) do not buy a mobile below the 6.0 for an example or when you leave the 8 do not buy anything below Nougat, because you have a mobile with Lollipop which is a version of Android very old and had A lot of problems in its time. Those mistakes that you say are not normal, I would sell it and buy a mobile more or less economic like a low-end Motorola or pulling on average or if you want to shoot China, better then that will appear a Xiaomi, Meizu, etc. Luck

I was searching the internet, and I realized that mostly is here in Mexico under that name. I do not know if this model is only sold in America or under another name on your continent.
On the other hand I left what worked for me if someone else would help: I also saw that most users who bought it complained about the same thing; The temperature it reached and the poor performance of the battery. There are no fully functional ROMS. Broadly I solved it being root, removing factory applications and strictly configuring the use of applications in the background and with the screen blocked, improved the battery performance fairly, and lowered the frequency of the micro. For the time being the temperature decreased somewhat and did not detract from performance. Thank you very much for your response
