Does not recognize contacts with android nougat

Question

Today in the morning I was updated the software of my S6 with the version android 7.0 and when they call me does not recognize the name of the contact even though they all appear perfectly in the contact list. Every time a person calls me I have to give him an existing update. Is there any way to use this?

Same problem after updating to android nougat with samsung galaxy S6 ...

Hello:
I have solved the problem by doing a Wipe Cache partition from the recovery menu. I attach you how to do it:

Turn off your device and simultaneously press the Power, Volume Up and Home buttons
Then you will see a blue (or green) screen with the Android logo that will allow you to access Recovery
Make use of the volume buttons to move between the options and the power on to select the section you want. Now look for the Wipe Cache Partition option. Press the power button to confirm
When the process is complete you will see a message on the screen
Select Reboot System Now and press the power button to confirm.
With this option you will not lose data of your mobile.
