Tell your administrators do not get into an iframe and put it into a link.

think that's no solution !! iPad precisely should be prepared to see the content of any learning platform (in this case a moodle platform) and it seems a shame and a disappointment that hardware as it is unable to open a PDF damn to lower and power work with him! And I said a loyal buyer of Apple (since 1997) but this seems to me a crap. I can not go to all system administrators working with and say "Nooooo !! gentlemen, do not use iframes my iPad can not manage them well!" to see if I find solution ... thanks for the response.

Nothing !! you're welcome !! connor, I tested with Opera, I even bought the paid version Puffin browser (Warning !! no money is spent) because he said in several forums that the browser could download the embedded pdf, but not true. It does not work well. Any other suggestions ??
