iOS 8.0.2 has fixed some major errors and some not so obvious to everyone, in this case the update has brought off car bluetooth. This error has come to the Apple forums hard as it seems to affect a wide range of iPhone models and automakers.
Currently there is a quick and permanent solution for all. But I hope to help many of those of us with this error.
A warning before we start: this solution requires you to restore all settings, which erases all files in iWork in iCloud Drive. So remember to back up your documents in Pages, Numbers and Keynote for iCloud before continuing.
Whether you have difficulties in linking the iPhone as if the problems are when answering calls, the solution is the same. Access path: Settings> General> Reset> Reset All Settings. At this point enter the password and proceed.
This method has been successful in most cases, but not all, so if your case does not have to wait for a final solution will probably come in the next OS update.
