I have deleted contacts 4S after connecting to pc, help !!!!

Hi, connect the iphone 4s on the pc for a photo, and then connect the 4S to pass the photos, but I could not do it and my surprise was that previously deleted contacts iphone 4S, please I need to know if I can retrieve the contacts step and know how to pass data from pc to iphone, thank you very much

If you synced, I installed the information you should have been the first iphone you connected ... 

The iphone 4s go settings / mail / import sim contacts and will drive you to load the contacts you have in the micro sim only ... 

Or if you turn them sim manager loaded from there.

No itunes have not always affect and when it sync on another computer that is not yours. 

And if you sync it always Take care of the backup itunes makes you. 

But if a synced cmputadora where more than one iphone synced when you connect yours I synchronize the contents of the other cases and may have just deleted contacts ... why do you specify the steps above to re-load the contacts in the cases provided that you recorded in the microsim.

Restore contacts from iPhone backup from iTunes 

1 Connect your iPhone to your computer. 

Open iTunes 2.
