BitPim can be used to synchronize with Outlook LG.

First, download the latest version of BitPim here: Welcome to BitPim (Try the trial version if you have a newer phone)

Connect your phone to your computer using a USB cable (or bluetooth) data (make sure you have the proper drivers installed for your phone - The current LG USB modem driver is here: http://www.lgmobilephones.com/upload ..._ 4.9.4_All.exe
In BitPim go to Edit> Detect Phone - if BitPim can not detect the phone verification for BitPim can 'see' the phone - Select Settings and go to see what is appearing in the communication ports - if the phone does not is to appear, go to Start> Control Panel> Device Manager> ports and see if there is an error. If not you have not installed the correct drivers.
Once your phone detected in BitPim go to Data> Get Phone Data
Select the data you want to import - in this case the agenda
You should see data populate the area Phonebook
Go to File> Export> vCards - save the file to a known location (like your desktop)
Open Outlook - go to File> Import and Export
Select the "Import a vCard (VCF) file -. Click Next
Select the previously saved file BitPim and 'Open'
Your contacts should be imported to Outlook

A similar process can be done if you want to sync your calendar. Substitute vCard vCalendar above.

You can reverse the process by swapping the import and export of each program.

If you have a new phone and want to upload contacts from Outlook on the same:

in BitPim select File >> Import Outlook Contacts / Calendar
Be sure to check Outlook "Allow" BitPim to access the data file
The format names, if necessary - everything is confirm
Data> Send phone data.
