About two weeks ago we published a guide to root the Galaxy S5 by the method created by Chainfire (You can see it here), which works by Odin and CF-Root file. At the time this procedure only worked with SM-900F version but had said it may work with other variants. Well, as had been speculated likewise is.
Chainfire yesterday announced that it had managed to get root access to 7 additional variants with this method. The procedure is the same, the only difference is the file used. The new variants are added to the list are:

Galaxy S5: SM-900H (International Exynos)
SM-G900M (Middle and South America)
SM-G900R4 (US Cellular)
SM-G900T (T-Mobile US)
SM-G900T1 (Metro PCS)
SM-G900W8 (Canada) This file should work with Claro PR variant. It should also work with the TelCel if it is the same model.
SM-G900P (Sprint)

How to root the Galaxy S5

To be able to root your device you just follow the guide below. Download yours corresponding variant of Galaxy S5 file and follow the steps to the letter.
What do you need?
Have the drivers installed on your Galaxy S5 computer
Download Odin (The file contains all versions of Odin, you can use the version you want, but I recommend the 1.85 or 3.09)
Download the CF-Root-Auto File corresponding to your team.
Remember wikiwikihow nor its staff responsible for damage done to your computer. Perform this process at your own risk.

Procedure

CF-Auto-ROOT

1 Unzip the file you downloaded Odin and runs the program Odin.exe

2 Put your team in Download Mode by pressing at the same time for several seconds the following combination of buttons: (Volume down + home button + power button). When the warning screen appears press the Volume Up button and voila, you're in download mode.

3 Connect your phone to the computer using the usb cable factory and verifies that Odin recognizes it. If odin recognizes it should appear in the box at the top left. If your device is not recognized by the computer attempts to try different USB ports or reinstall the drivers again. Remember that it is important to reinstall the drivers of the team re-start your computer. If you recognized the team continues to the next step.

4 Unzip the file CF-Root-Auto you downloaded and Odin in the PDA option to locate the file you extracted from CF-Root and Auto-Choose it. The file must end in .tarmd5

5. Aseguúrate the Re-Partition option is unchecked in Odin, once verified this press Start and wait for the process finishes and the computer restarts. When you see the word PASS you can disconnect the equipment.
Ready! Already have root access on your new Galaxy S5.
