The following tutorial rooteará your Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 with Android Jelly Bean or Ice Cream Sandwich, and install the version of ClockworkMod Recovery that allows you to install custom ROMs :). It supports the Wifi version and also with 3G (GT-N8000, GT-N8010 and GT-N8013).

steps
Step 1: Download and unzip the file mentioned before, RootGalaxyNote10.1.zip.
Step 2: Copy the CWM-SuperSU-v0.94.zip file on the SD card Galaxy Note.
Step 3: We remove the USB cable, turn off the tablet and started in download mode with Power + Volume Down keys.
Step 4: When we are in download mode, press the Volume Up key.
Step 5: Execute Odin 3.04. We have to see, below left word Added !! and a yellow square with the word COM. Now we click on PDA and select the file that was in the RootGalaxyNote10.1.zip called HighOnAndroidCWMRecoveryGTN8000.tar.
Step 6: Without changing any settings, press Start and wait for the end of the flashing process.
Step 7: We removed the USB cable and wait for it to restart the Galaxy Note. Now turn back to him and started in recovery mode. To do so we started with Power + Volume Up key, and when we see the logo of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, release the Power key.
Step 8: In the recovery, navigating with volume keys and using the power to accept, select "install zip from sdcard", "choose zip from sdcard" and choose the CWM-SuperSU-v0.94.zip file.
Step 9: When the flash is finished, select the "reboot system now" option.
Now the device is properly rooted when you start!
