This is the first thing you do everything else to work, as the drivers are what allow the phone to communicate with the PC to perform the tasks that the tool offers. To do this follow these steps:
Step 1: The phone must be initiated in Android and the cable should be disconnected.
Step 2: Install and starts Toolkit.exe tool and select option 1 to install the Samsung USB Driver Pack.
Step 3: After the drivers are installed, connect your phone to PC via USB cable. Now the PC should detect the phone properly.
Step 4: To check if the drivers are installed correctly, you can go to control panel and open the device manager. If the telephone is connected and properly installed the drivers, a device should appear in the list called "Samsung Android Phone" or something similar.
