Iphone 5, I can not receive or make calls.

Question

Hi, I have a little problem with the iphone 5, the cell is free (released by imei) and I put my card nano sim and try to make calls and could not so I went back to try and could not, in the call nothing comes simply puts "calling ..." and switch to "call terminated" in a matter of a second. I went back to do reset, upgrade and I was still going the same so I decided to take it to a shop the phone house and there the only thing they told me was "the iphone something happens Network reaches it and everything but when making calls leaves or anything you do not know why. "To this I have to say that when I put my sim card if I have internet. I would appreciate if someone can help me know what's wrong and how can I fix it.
