need help, my iphone 5 gets the blue screen

I'm desperate and can not do, my iphone 5 16gb 5 days ago from constantly restarts, the first day I take a great disappointment to see that the screen was completely blue and turn off a few seconds, and up to two hours later I could not turn it on. during these days is gone restarting me 20 times a day, this time was coming down as to decode something, of many colors, and within seconds turned off, since I have no time for iTunes to recognize it and put it in DFU mode not know what else to do, what ever happened I restarted by pressing power and home, but nothing, no way, soon happens again. I hope you can help me, thanks

I have seen several times this problem and is the product of an incompatibility, usually some tweatks cydia.

 

You can not do anything but patience, connect to your computer and when you recognize it give you restore, you need not put it into dfu mode, that patience, I myself go through that trance and how desperate it again and again until I succeeded .

good, thanks for the quick response.

I know that seems weird, but right now, I have jailbreak my iphone, yes I've had but restored the next day, or even install a single tweak (for the theme that there was almost niinguno available from the same day that launched evasion).

I put it into DFU mode is because when you try to restore itunes it starts in less than 10 seconds back to blue screen or restart several times in a row.

 

I only consolation I have warranty and hopefully something internal that apple iphone and can fix or replace it at no cost ...

problem is not the iphone, you try to restore and luck
