I cant install whatsapp in new terminal

I tried installing whatsapp on the new terminal, but I had not uninstalled it from the previous one, and did not know that the new one was installed with another number.
I got a sms to confirm but it gave me error.
After the program says that for too many wrong installation attempts wait for a new sms or call at 4 o'clock, but I have not received it. Now it says I have to wait 15 hours.
Any solution ?, because I am not clear that after waiting this time I will be able to install it
