1-Go to the Terminal on your Mac and copy and paste the following command:

launchctl unload -w

/System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.notificationcenterui.plist

This off completely, Notification Center on your computer.

2-Copy and paste the following command on your Mac again:

killall NotificationCenter

This command completely closed the center and save your changes.
